Warranty terms and conditions

1. Warranty Period:
1.1: All products sold on ThinkStore.nl come with a warranty period that depends on the condition of the product. Used (refurbished) products come with a warranty period of at least 6 months from the date of purchase. New products come with a warranty period of at least 24 months, which may extend up to 60 months depending on the model. The warranty period that applies to your product is stated on the product page and on your invoice. An extended warranty can be purchased for an additional fee; please contact our customer service for the options.

2. Coverage of Warranty:
2.1: The warranty covers only defects arising from material and manufacturing defects.
2.2: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accident, neglect, modification, or repair by an unauthorized third party.
2.3: The warranty does not cover wear and tear or normal aging of the product.

3. Warranty Procedure:
3.1: In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the customer should contact the customer service of ThinkStore.nl via +31 33 207 5052.
3.2: The customer should return the defective product to Radonweg 10, 3812RL Amersfoort, along with a copy of the original purchase invoice.
3.3: If the defect is covered by the warranty, ThinkStore.nl will repair or replace the product free of charge.

4. Exclusions:
4.1: ThinkStore.nl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from a defective product.
4.2: ThinkStore.nl is not liable for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

5. Other provisions:
5.1: These warranty terms and conditions apply to all products sold on ThinkStore.nl.
5.2: These warranty terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law.
5.3: In the event of a dispute between the customer and ThinkStore.nl, the parties will make every effort to resolve the dispute through mutual consultation. If this is not successful, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Withdrawal period & information:
10.1: The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement with ThinkStore.nl within 14 days after receipt of the order without giving any reason.
10.2: If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must notify ThinkStore.nl of this in writing via [email protected] within the specified period of 14 days.
10.3: The product must be returned to Radonweg 10, 3812 RL Amersfoort in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received within 14 days after the written notification of the right of withdrawal.
10.4: If the product is damaged or used, ThinkStore.nl reserves the right to refuse the refund.
10.5: After receiving the returned product, ThinkStore.nl will refund the purchase price  to the customer within 14 days.
10.6: The costs for returning the product are for the customer's account, unless otherwise agreed.

11. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
11.1: Products that are made to measure or personalized according to the customer's specifications.
11.2: Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
11.3: Audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken after delivery.
11.4: If the product is not returned within the specified period of 14 days, the purchase agreement is deemed to have been accepted and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
